Networkperspective.io is an application that increases the efficiency of teams thanks to the visualization of cooperation and analysis of workflow, support and development. Our artificial intelligence and network analysis algorithms predict team burnout and trigger suggestions for habits and interactions.

The NP app provides scientific and ethical insight into intangible team-level collaboration. It measures the flow of knowledge and collaboration, and performs predictive analyzes to empower people and improve remote work. Thanks to us, the idea of ​​flat structures and networks of teams becomes tangible and useful for everyone in the company.

Due to the development of the NP company, we are looking for a B2B Growth Hacker to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and implementing a sales strategy, as well as researching the market and adapting our product to its needs.

You will take care of building relationships with potential customers (acquiring new customers and leads), and HR and people analytics enthusiasts (researching market needs and developing product-market fit) in Poland and around the world.

This is where we see you. This is a broad role that requires both creating a strategy and working on its daily implementation. You will take care of the implementation of previously agreed sales plans and preparation of commercial offers. You will define how you want to listen to the needs of the market and engage others to talk about their challenges and possible solutions to them. You will be showing our product and talking about what we can do better.

We are looking for a person who will capture many with energy and include them in our mission

Your tasks will include:

  • Plan and action in the area of ​​lead funnel / stages strategy - active acquisition of customers and business opportunities, identification and qualification of sales opportunities as well as monitoring and analysis of sales data,
  • Plan and action in the area of ​​product-market fit strategy - research on market needs related to the mass transition of companies to remote work, management of work habits and analytics for HR needs,
  • Planning and action in the area of ​​community building - conducting webinars, discussions - inviting guests, inviting speakers; participating in discussions on the Internet (following, engaging); internet monitoring,
  • Creating the image of the company, product and sales policy in the world, not only in Poland.

We need a person:

  • With several years of experience in B2B sales,
  • With experience in marketing,
  • Who feels at ease in establishing relationships and communicating with the client,
  • Proactive, flexible and independent,
  • For whom English is not a communication barrier,
  • Which has an excellent ability to build good and long-term relationships with clients and is characterized by high creativity and ease in making contacts,
  • Who feels good in public speeches and discussions,
  • Which will co-create the functionalities of the Network Perspective application.

In return for your commitment, the company offers:

  • Basic salary at the level of PLN 8,000 - 12,000 net + VAT and bonuses!
