Offer times you’re free for meeting directly in email

Offering times you’re free for a meeting while sending emails eliminates the back-and-forth emails for finding the perfect time for a meeting, as you:

• Just send free time slots while writing an email
• and let people easily book a meeting with you with just 3 clicks

To add proposed meeting times while writing an email:

1. start composing or replying to an email,
2. click set up a time to meet in the menu bar,
3. click offer time you’re free,
4. select time slots when you’d like to meet, and follow the instructions in the right side panel to add times you’re available and other meeting details.
