NetworkPerspective Sp. z o.o. completed the project “Predictive, personalized, and action-driven analytics of people and work: development of artificial intelligence algorithms utilizing deep neural networks and employee interaction data to predict the development and promotion of employees”.
The project was co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the European Funds for a Modern Economy Programme, Measure 1.1 SMART Path, coordinated by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.
Projecto bjectives
The objective of the project was to conduct research and development works leading to the creation of the PROMOTION ANALYTICS module for the Network Perspective platform. The project aimed to develop predictive, personalized and actionable analytics of employee development and promotion opportunities based on HR data and objective information describing patterns of collaboration and interactions among employees.
The project successfully delivered innovative artificial intelligence algorithms capable of predicting employee career development, including managerial and expert career progression, salary-level changes, and advancement within organizational hierarchies.
Activities implemented within the project
The project was implemented through three main tasks.
Task1 – Development of predictive algorithms and promotion analytics indicators
Researchand development works were carried out to design and train artificial intelligence and deep learning algorithms combining HR data with information on employee collaboration patterns and interaction networks derived from enterprise systems such as email, chat and calendar tools. As a result, predictive models estimating the probability of employee development and promotion were developed together with statistical indicators supporting organizational-level analyses.
Task2 – Development of the PROMOTION ANALYTICS application module
A new software module was designed and integrated into the Network Perspective platform. The module provides organizations with dashboards, reports and analytics related to employee development and promotion trends. Functionality implemented within the module includes visualization of promotion indicators, generation of analytical reports, and automated alerts and notifications for managers and HR professionals regarding significant changes and emerging trends.
Task3 – Evaluation, testing and optimization of algorithms and the ITsystem
The developed algorithms and software components were tested and evaluated using real organizational data. Based on the obtained results, improvements were introduced to the predictive models and application functionalities, increasing prediction quality, usability and overall system performance. The final solution was validated and prepared for commercial deployment.
Target groups
The developed solution is intended primarily for medium-sized and large enterprises, particularly organizations operating in the IT/ICT sector, consulting industry, and modern business services sector(SSC/BPO), where employee development, retention and talent management are strategic priorities.

The main objective of the project is to develop the Network Perspective platform with the PRODUCTIVITY ANALYTICS module, which allows to predict the probability of increase and decrease in the effectiveness of remote work in a team based on information about the ongoing interactions between employees.
As a result of the project, a new, innovative module of the Platform will be developed, which, through the use of artificial intelligence methods, will predict the probability of increase and decrease in the effectiveness of remote work based on data on interactions taking place between employees.
